We have a strong culture of support and collaboration which stems from our original family-focused beginnings, and reaches out to every single one of our franchisees. Experience has taught us that we are stronger together, which is why we will continue to support you in every way that we can throughout our partnership.
Of course, you can reach out to us anytime you need advice or guidance from head office or your fellow franchisees, but we will also be taking a very pro-active approach in doing all we can to help you succeed.
As a valued partner, you can expect the following ongoing support:
Monthly visits from a field manager
A dedicated business coach will make regular visits to ensure you have everything you need, help you review your performance over the previous month, and help you make the most of everything the franchise has to offer.
Quarterly & annual franchise meetings
Meeting with your fellow franchisees is an excellent opportunity to share problem solving and best practice, as well as ideas to help drive your business forward. You’ll also be invited to the annual, international conference, which is usually held in France.
Ongoing training & development
You’ll be invited to participate in regular sales, marketing and management training to help you hone your edge, and you and your employees will receive updates and training in all aspects of our developing products and methodology.
