Your Territory
As one of our franchisees, you will have exclusive access to your own dedicated territory. Our territories are calculated using both demographic data and advanced mapping techniques that take into account each territory’s unique population and geographical makeup.
As a general rule, our territories are calculated based on containing approximately 40,000 detached and semi-detached houses. This ensures that each territory not only has a sufficient customer base for each franchise to operate effectively, but also has substantial potential for growth for many years to come.
